William Orrell sets new Overall Cycle record, takes Grand Champion
The final day of sport stacking competition saw medals awarded, record times hit and a new Junior Olympic Games Overall Champion crowned. Taking top honors and setting a new Overall World Record for the Cycle was William Orrell. With a record-breaking Cycle Time of 5.280 seconds, his combined time for the 3-3- 3, 3-6-3 and Cycle was 8.756. The 15-year-old from North Carolina now holds all three Overall World Records. Coming in second was Josh Hainsel, also from North Carolina, with a combined time of 9.372 seconds, and rounding out third was Nicholas Stamm from Kentucky (9.936 seconds).
