Last May the WSSA announced the selection of South Korea as the host country for the 2014 World Sport Stacking Championships set for April 26-27. "South Korea was selected based on the growth of its sport stacking programs and strength of its infrastructure to host a world-class event," said Bob Fox, WSSA Executive Director. "We're very excited to bring our World Championships to Asia and think South Korea will be a wonderful host country."
Most recently, WSSA Korea has selected the beautiful and historic city of Jeonju as the site for the 2014 World Championships. Pronounced 'Chon Jew', Jeonju is a small, traditional style Korean city, located about 3 hours south of the capital, Seoul. It is an important tourist center, famous for its traditional Korean culture, food, historic buildings, sports activities and innovative festivals. It promises to be a fun and educational environment for the 2014 World Championships.

The event itself will take place at one of two beautiful sports complexes in Jeonju, yet to be determined.

The WSSA World Sport Stacking Championships is an invitation-only tournament comprised of international teams formed by the WSSA National Affiliates around the world.
