2023-2024 TGS Members & 2024-2025 TGS changes

The 2023-2024 sport stacking season has come to an end. The last tournaments of the season have been video reviewed and TGS are now posted.

TGS is a sponsorship from Speed Stacks which honors the top 50 male and top 50 female active stackers worldwide, as ranked by the WSSA on September 1 of each year. In addition to this recognition, each stacker receives three sets of Speed Stacks each season to help them stay competition ready. An active stacker is defined as a stacker who has competed in 2 sanctioned tournaments during the stacking season. Stackers who qualify for the TGS sponsorship will be notified individually by the WSSA.

As we head into the 2024-2025 season we are changing this program. For the 2024-2025 Sport Stacking Season, the WSSA will now recognize our Top Global Stackers as the Top 5 Male and Top 5 Female stackers, based on combined times (3-3-3, 3-6-3 and Cycle), for each country. The TGS program will also recognize the Top fastest Male and the Top fastest Female Special Stacker of each country that meet the designated criteria.

Eligible stackers must attend at least 3 WSSA Sanctioned tournaments per season with at least one sanctioned tournament being within their country. WSSA Marquee tournaments will count towards their eligibility but eligible stackers will still be required to attend at least one sanctioned tournament in their own country.

With this change will come a different level of sponsorship from Speed Stacks. At the end of the season, TGS athletes will be honored with a special TGS commemorative season bundle. This bundle will consist of 1 custom printed PS2x set and 1 custom printed G5 Mat specifically designed for the TGS program and unique to each season. This bundle will not be offered for sale to the public, rather only given to each qualified TGS season member.
