Instructions for Syncing StackTrack and Submitting Videos for WSSA Review
Submit StackTrack Data
When your tournament is finished, you should immediately submit your StackTrack data. You do not need to wait to hear from the WSSA to complete this step.
To submit your data, log in to StackTrack and click on the 'Post Tournament' button at the top of the screen.
Option 1: There is a link to ‘Sync my tournament data’. Click on the link and wait for the confirmation to appear. If an error appears saying that the sync has failed, use 'Option 2'.
Option 2: The link for Option 2 will create an SQL file for you to email to csmith@thewssa.com and if Option 2 does not work please use Option 3.
Option 3: Zip the entire StackTrack folder and upload it to https://www.thewssa.com/upload/ Once this is complete please email csmith@thewssa.com and let us know it is uploaded.
Submit Videos
Once your StackTrack data has been synced, you will be contacted by the WSSA with a list of potential records from your tournament and a link to use for sending the video to us. Please send only the video files requested. DO NOT DELETE ANY VIDEO UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT THE RECORDS HAVE BEEN POSTED. Below are the guidelines that should be followed for each video you submit:
The video should include only the stacker or team related to the potential record.
The video should include both warmups and all three attempts.
If the video is missing or inadequate, contact the WSSA about what to do for that record.
Finalize Tournament
The WSSA may contact you for additional videos or more information. KEEP ALL VIDEOS SAVED to your computer until the new records are published.
Once all of the potential record videos have been reviewed, the WSSA will contact you to inform you that the new records have been posted to the 'Records' page and the 'Final Results' page of your tournament. It is now OK to delete the videos from your computer.
