Online Doubles and Relays

Online Doubles and Relays were developed during the pandemic to provide the option for these events at online tournaments. You don't have to register with a doubles partner or team. If you want to participate in these events, put Need Partner or Need Team during registration. The different events are described below:

Child/Parent Doubles-Completed like traditional doubles. Child and Parent must be in the same location.

Age Division Doubles-Each team member gets two warm ups and then each completes a Cycle (3-6-3 for Special Stackers) during each attempt. After each attempt, the two Cycle times completed during that attempt are averaged. One scratch by one of the team members will scratch that attempt. Doubles partners can be in the same location but will still complete separate Cycles. Best of the 3 attempts is the team's final time.

Online Relay-There are no warm ups. Each team member completes a 3-6-3 and the 4 attempts are added together.  During prelims, if there are more than 4 members on the relay team, the best 4 times are used to calculate that attempt. During finals, if there are more than 4 members on the relay team, only 4 team members will stack for each attempt. The team gets three attempts to get their fastest combined time.
