The success of the AAU Junior Olympic Games Sport Stacking Championships relies greatly on the volunteers who help out at the event. With hundreds of competitors, we need about 50 volunteers! In most cases, no particular experience is necessary, just some enthusiasm and a willingness to help!
Volunteers receive a FREE Event Passport Admission Wristband! A $50 value!
Volunteers also receive lunch and an AAU Junior Olympic Games T-shirt!
We have a variety of jobs including:
- Judges - Work with WSSA staff to judge events. Judges commit to a full day (Saturday, Sunday or Both). Qualifications: Be familiar with events and rules. Additional training provided.
- Camera Operators - Operate a video camera during finals. Shifts on Saturday and Sunday. No experience necessary. Training provided.
- Give It A Go! Stack Zone Station Leaders - Work with another leader and manage an interactive Stacking Station. Think of it as running a carnival booth. No experience necessary. Shifts available Friday and Saturday.
- Awards Help-Help with lining up stackers and handing out awards.
- Set-up and Clean-up Crew - Help set up on Thursday and help clean up on Sunday.
