Volunteer Information

The success of the AAU Junior Olympic Games Sport Stacking Championships relies greatly on the volunteers who help out at the event. With over hundreds of competitors, we need about 50 volunteers! In most cases, no particular experience is necessary, just some enthusiasm and a willingness to help! Training provided for all jobs! 

Age 14+ only please. 

All Volunteers receive FREE Admission!

Volunteers who volunteer for 4 or more hours over the course of the weekend receive an AAU Junior Olympic Games T-shirt! 

Volunteers who volunteer for more than 4 hours in one day receive free lunch!

Please sign up by Wednesday, July 23. 

We have a variety of jobs including:

  1. Judges - Training provided. Training takes place before each shift. 
  2. Camera Operators - Operate video camera during finals. 
  3. Runners - Run time sheets from the competition tables to data entry. 
  4. Wranglers - Organize stackers during finals and send them to the on deck table. -MORE SPOTS JUST ADDED! 
  5. Give It A Go! Stack Zone Station Leaders - Work with another leader and manage an interactive Stacking Station.
  6. Set-up and Clean-up Crew - Help set up on Thursday and/or help clean up on Sunday.
